a massage finally

fri : not a good day... i was happy when school was over...

yes i suffer from ache and pain all the time on shoulders, neck and lower back... but as school started, the strains got worse... PAINFUL... esp lower back in the morning kills... after 3 times trying to book out spa, we finally got a date and get to use the couples' room...
after 3hrs tuition went home eat instant noodles then did laundry and hung it so that my muscles will be sore for massaging! cos i didnt wana go massage then do laundry as usual on sunday! just 30mins b4 leaving heavy DOWNPOUR... lucky when we left the house it stopped completely and sunny again...
got there and we were led into our couple's room and we took a hyrobath chose a mix of green tea and lavender. soak in the jacuzzi jet tub for 15mins and then quick rinse then massage started from 3.50pm-5.50pm. here are some pics i took when we we getting ready b4 the masseurs came in... quite a big room!thats gx shoulders he ran off when i tried to take his picture.
the shower room was huge, took only half the shower area. this was next to the jacuzzi.theres this sitting area infront of the cupboard. he went to check out the magazines in the dark...the one i had was strong... she had loads of strength! almost gana killed haha... told her to lighten alittle and she's really good cos got difference. when she pinpoint on the part that hurts alot it really HURTS! cos other times when i do the massage its sore but no one brings out the pain. then she will rub and knead till the pain gone she say its stuck... blood not circulating well. shoulders and neck hurts and then whe kept kneading till it was less sore. and she say my stomach too much wind... i wonder what cos stomach to have too much wind?
after the 2 hours felt better but i know the next morning the parts will be very sore cos the muscle or clot release will have after effects... and true enough its SORE right now but i know it will go away. in days mayb cos i think this time its worse... anyway looking forward to the next on the 16th sept!
booked thai cooking class on friday. gog to holland v later to attend it a 3pm and it a demo by Forest Leong, wife of the famous chinese chef Sam Leong. i was vrery reluctant but finally decided to part with my money to see her demo one dish... the coconut dessert i loved since young! there are 4 other dishes she is gog to do but i jus need to see her teach the correct way of doing that dessert... paying quite a bit but hope its gog to be good. next sunday its the cupcakes class! that i booked 2months ago! its fully booked! its hands-on session where we get to bring a dozen or half home!
hopefully its good! looking at a few other classes that sounds interesting!
