2nd day at One degree 15

i was the 1st to wake up as i was the 1st to sleep! i was awaken by gx's alarm. thou he slept at 4am he managed to get me to bed, set alarm @ 8am for us to have breakfast as the club breakfast ends at 10am. i went round knocking on all doors. ann was the 2nd to wake up cos she is oso the 2nd to sleep. then went to bother my bro who was sleeping in the living room area. then i found this...
frozen tiger beer...

when i was back down the lower deck... i saw "stephen chow". took awhile to get everyone up and by the time we left for the clubhouse... the breakfast was over... when we walk on land some of us got a little swaying effect... on land we still feel that we were rocking side to side. on the boat we did experienced strong current and the boat rock quite abit! when we returned to the boat together with gx, ann, sis and bf, we started our photoshoot. the rest continued to sleep.

i played with the coffeemaker. made a cuppacino for gx. this machine is neat, the coffee power is in a pack and without removing the wrapper, just put it in and press the button and then the machine works its magic. the trash is removed by the machine itself.

i love the decor in the living room.. very modern. then we went up to the upper deck to take more pics!

then it was time to leave the boat... wished we had spent more time on it. alittle wasted. but it was a good experience and i am thankful to have such a chance. all thanks to uncle m and aunt o.

we went to meet the adults at the chinese restaurant - imperial treaure for dianxin brunch.

love the walnut and mushrooms! the apple pork rib soup was not bad. i like the veg dish with lots of soupy gravy. Instead of yam in the puffs it was spring roll filling. but i would have prefered yam better.

the crab porridge at long beach is nicer but the noodle here is really nice! the apple pudding has got pretty strong dose of ginseng taste.

after brunch, the older cousins planned to bring the little ones to the underwater world. the adults with the bdae gal and nesa were going on board another boat to cruise to some singapore islands. it was not easy to bring the 3 little ones out as they were looking for their mums. and there were soooo many people at the UWW!

while waiting for the guys to join us cos they went to look for carpark lots, i feed the stingrays to entertain the kids! when i almost fed my 1st stingray, i took my hand back and scream! i was nervous but 2nd try i managed and the stingray was actually very gentle. the kids get to choose a bag but lucas chose a nemo keychain. then we went to delifrance for teatime.

when we got back to the rooms we chilled out and had chips and donuts. the kids were actually very good. they sat on the bed and watch a cartoon movie and ate some cake. didnt get to see the adults board their cruise as we left earlier with the kids. but we stood at the balcony to welcome them back. the kids were so excited that they keep calling out to their mums and dads.
then kids were very excited cos they have been waiting very long to get to the swimming pool. was exhausted after the swim! everyone left for home and both of us head to vivo to get some dinner. i was very tired! but i enjoyed the family gathering.

friday : crazy mad rush to prep for the party and then unsure if tuition was on, no reply so i head home. bro came over and after i finished the prep and when gx was home then we head to uncle j home. its grandpa's bdae. we were there to pray. when i got home, i was very tired but had to pack bag for the stayover during the weekend. slept at 2+ almost 3am!

saturday : woke up at 8am and rush to prepare for the party. the place was a not one huge level. but 2 levels. it was comfortable to have a level for kids and the top bigger area for adults. aunt arranged a magician to entertain the kids while adults have lots to choose from the buffet. esp desserts! the top area has hardly any walls. it was all GLASS. the view we get is the swimming pool and the sea. the kids had alot of food thou smaller spread. fries, spagetti, but they have chocolate fondue.

pumpkin soup was nice and the cold cuts were alright. didnt try the potato salad.

in these huge loaves are yummy baked salmon! fresh one was good too! i like the teriyaki chicken sticks, the spag with prawns taste like the garlic spag i cooked.

very cute little belgium waffles and the Croquembouche... love the pecan pie best!

the kids have the chocolate fondue with mashmellow and fruits. elaires, fruit tarts and mini puffs. the dish that kids love best - french fries.

the party lasted from 11.30am to almost 3+pm. after the magician show, it was my turn. i planned 3 games for the kidos. after the games, there was a face painter for the kids! the boys prepared a surprise for the bdae gal. they practised hard and they did a great job singing and surprising letycia with the cantonese bdae song.

after cake cutting, aunt o and letycia gave out presents for the games and a second gift was door gift. my aunt o is very generous. me got a present too! guess its for all the prep i did. after the party, we went check into the rooms.
aunt booked 4 rooms.
the rooms are normal size but the bath room are huge! the tube is pretty different. 1st of all u got make sure the blind is down! then step into the tub jus like at the pool. you can sit then go into the tub. and lie in the tub and watch tv. after the settling down, aunt o gave us older cousins our surprise. we went back to ground floor and walked towards the water. i knew about it but has no idea what size its was gog to be... it was larger than the one i had in mind!


there are 3 decks. the deck we stepped into is the living room and kitchen. from here we are able to get to the front and then climb steps to the top deck - viewing deck. here can bbq, sit around the driver. lower deck is where the rooms are. 2 rooms with queen size beds and 2 rooms with double-decker beds. gx and i had the biggest room. the plasma is huge, this room had alot of walking room!

after the exploration, we went back to the room for gift presentation. aunt yf and aunt m bot the same gift! we then went for dinner at villa bali. we had so many dishes. this time i got to try some other new dishes and of cos ordered the ones that i recommended. my family like the spinach tofu alot, ordered 5 plates for 3 tables and finale was crab for 2 tables. cos the the other table was too full they were the ones with the extra plate of tofu. didnt take many pics cos was busy running in and out ordering extra dishes and rice and bro and cousins were feeling tired cos we all ran up and down taking pics at the party! when we were back at the club, i had to shower, i was very hot! then head to the boat for the night out. the boys took a long time to get back as they went to fetch cam. i fell asleep on the couch by the time they started playing cards... they played for a long time and oso they were trying to finish the 12 bottles of Large tiger beer. they went to the top deck to carry on while i continue sleeping. ann and sis went to room to sleep instead. they played till 4am. no pics taken cos i usually take the pics.
