japanese-frennch pastries

lots of entries from yesterday and today! about 5? lost count! but i better blog today cos if not i mit start sleeping on weekdays and will be missing for the whole week! today i made it to class... i almost tot i paid and was not placed in the class! reach there pretty early but there were already a group of aunties they took the best seat and my favourite seat for class! dam! i like this 2nd row 4th seat ... sat there the last 2 times! so i am very determined to be even earlier next time! that will be 18th nov!


anyway... not totally excited after attending the class cos dun think i will make these but been an eye-opener esp how to make macarons. learnt how to make green tea filllings. mayb the only thing i will try would be the black sesame ice-cream. still am happy to have tasted all the sweet treats from class today! lucky for me gerald came to pick me cos heavy downpour! and lucky for him i asked him to come up and he gota try the ice-cream and we ate some in the car! yah i took pictures of those that were pre-packed in the car!

Like the way japanese package everything nicely! the teacher even add little nice papers and stickers to decorate one macaron!
