small table and big buy!

wednesday finally i met serena. I postpone this a few times either things cropped up or i fell sick. I had to stay back to clear work thou... celebrating UN day this friday, i was preparing the artwork. loved the earth we painted as a class. The children loved it and i bet they are gog to love the activity we are gog do tomolo... when its done i will take a picture of it.

we went DTF cos that was my choice... wanted to eat the cold chicken soaked in wine sauce but it turn out small portion compared to the last i had. then as usual they give us a table for 2 but the number of dishes we had filled the table... the 2 gals who sat 1minute before us and right next to us PALED! our table was full house and we had to ask them to take away the sauce. I didnt really like the XLB yesterday thou... dun know why mayb i do like crystal jade one better??? SO when serena???

we shopped around to see what to but for gx... i ran out of ideas and it has to be pratical gift. found one but to get a really nice one is not easy cos most of it look the same jus charging more expensive cos its branded but there is no difference..... thats the problem... then we went Sanrio... was looking around controlling not to buy anything.... till i saw 2008 calenders... then ... looking at range $8... Serena showed me $18 range... i was still ok... cos i didnt see anything that i really liked... till i saw the $30 range... fell right through it! i was smitten by a demin pretty demin with stitches of colourful thread running thru the jacket of this mini organiser... dam i had to get it. I DID... yah $30... to match it Serena found me a perfect match mini kitty pen... red knob to go with the red inner jacket... $8... i cannot lose it i wll cry! but right now i really am happy but i know i shouldn't have indulge... at least i didnt jump straight for the agnes b key pouch i saw and the luggage tag too was sooo nice... cos that i do have a budget lah.

kind serena went with me to kinno and i found the cake decorating book i wanted to check out... almost $60 but cos i had the other book i find that i can do without this one for now... next week i am on holiday - one week... might do cupcakes and try decorating them but not elaborated ones... popped in ax to show serena the present i wanted to get for gx and i did get it in the end cos i really quite like it and cheap compared to the one i saw at burberry and i was disappointed with the quality at bur!

i need to top the gift with the thing i started looking for but now that can be more on design and not brand cos i oredi got him something branded! and useful jus hope he will like it... i hate keeping it from him... but if i give it to him then bdae no fun... counting down... 22 more days.

for this sch holiday not travelling out ... i am bringing him to cookie museum which i booked one month ago. for dap's cookie sampling i was invited to go down to try so now i get to go twice. I do like the place! as for his bdae dinner i haven tot of a place yet. anybody has any suggestions??? Ser help me out with dinner place k bet u have some nice places to recommend. prob will check out dempsey cos i wana go culina. for the rest of the week i prob jus wana be a couchie! unless u got good recommendation!
