3rd week of march

last sunday was pretty busy. met mum and sis. gx drove us to ted. mum got her cloth, chosen by me! the material was very smooth and comfortable! sis confirmed on the lace too! we went next door to lee tong kee to have chicken rice! sis and i looked forward to the end of the meal! AVOCADO. its so good that i forgot to take pics. was so eager to have it but gx was not really liking it! its ex $4.50 a cup! a small cup! once in a very long time, so sis and i savour it.

after which we went to check out a park for sis's photoshoot. gx went into scaret hotel and only mum and i followed in. its so lavish! nice decor - love it! gx just want to see the place but the thing he didnt know was that i actually did check out the price jus the nite before! wanted to check in somewhere in singapore for a nite out and oso for our 9th anniversary! b'cos we were not travelling anywhere for my spring break tot it would be nice to stay out for a nite ... but the price is scary!

prob when we make it then can consider but if we can make it prob my spain will be fulfilled>??? yah daydreaming as always! anyway we decided to use the money to do many other things together... well, it does make more sense and better use of our money. we are still planning what to do, where to go. am so looking forward for the hols! went into buddha tooth relic temple for the 1st time.

headed for woodlands to see development cos sis and d was interested in getting a unit there. 1st impression... too far and out. no car very difficult to get around. sis just passed and got her car liscence so problem for her solved. d drives too they just need to get their own car or cars! when we got out of carpark... impressive! the pools were really something! amazing they built many pools and the biggest one was a 15m lap pool! should be 15 cos i heard they say so even if its not, it really longer than the usual ones i see! nice dark and light blue tiles in the pool, makes it look really cool.

the showroom was really nice. gx and i were quite moved and did ask a few questions ourselves! hopefully sis and d can get a unit. cos sis really like it. she even say she would give the pass to me and cousin cos we work so near and so that we can drop by after school to use facilities! fingers-crossed! since it was so near sas, gx drove to school and we went in to round about to show mum where i work! after which i brought them to eat the ramen that ann recommended me. its really different from the usual, beany meat sauce with nice veg chives fried dumplings and juicy fuzhou fishball that made the difference. gx bite on the fuzhou fishball and squirt out loads of soup! loved it when ann intro it to me and the 3 of them thou very filled from late lunch, they loved it and managed to finish the whole bowl! headed to mum's and rested for an hour and we both headed home. i packed up the place while gx did his stuff... he was very sweet to have missed his aikido to spend a day with my family.

monday : lucky me. met an ex-collgue who called me on sat. she saw the difference and wanted to try it out. hopefully she use the products gently and see results soon! i was really lucky and she gave me confidence cos she was the one who approached me and i was thankful! followed by a touugh cookie... i learnt alot from my experiences and feel that i am so green... more to learn. its a very good test for myself...

tuesday: with no kidos in school as it was parents' conference. the ladies in school decided to pot luck. alittle different is that they jus bring different ingredients and they cook the pot in school! the tomyam filled the whole kitchen! it was pretty spicy for me! some brought coke, ice-cream, ice-jelly dessert. for me, i treat everyone to fruits and elaires. i bot a box of watermelon for myself cos i knew i needed it to put the fire out!

met gx at taka to pick up my book! excited! gx left for class when dap came after work and we walked around taka before gog over to paragon. Ate at sushi tei. it was my treat. we ordered not many dishes and we stick to only one sushi plate, salmon mentai but this mentai not my favourite - mine's prawn mentai. whole prawns with mentai on it! dap fell in love and i offered to get another set of prawns. the pics were taken with dap's hp as both of us forget to bring camera!

the squid was the same as the one we ate with gx jus 2 weeks ago. really nice as a snack... bet it would taste better with sake! my first try with jap nabe... not vulgarities but the name for jap paper steamboat! nice miso soup and we chose salmon and scallop set. love the scallops! the cabbage was sweet and went very well with the miso soup!

jay's secret music score! i can't wait to play the piano when i get home later! his scorebook which he wrote most of the piano pieces, comes with loads of the movie images. i have to say he's pretty talented! i love the piano music pieces in this movie. the cover of his score is different cos he use a special textured paper with the words embossed on it and with gloss effect. below is the song that i wana learn most. its the duet he played with the lead actress. going practice this piece with my cousin ann! pretty scared thou ... cos long time never see or read notes!

wednesday: zoo trip... not very sunny and thank goodness it rained only when we got back to school. the rain was pretty heavy! i got 3 sets of gals and was glad they were generally good on the trip! i love polar bears but to see the bear suffering from the heat and that polar bear not on ice makes me feel sad. the kids q and they got kisses from the seal. love the colours and prints on animals!

after school managed to convince gx to drive me to the market to get my prawn noodles! i was starving as i ate very little that morning at the zoo! when the uncle put the plates down i declare that the $5 is mine... he looked at me and smiled! cos he assumed the bigger plate for the man which is usual and he prob find it amusing... i guess i mit be the only like that! love the noodles! i was suppose to have the nap but in the end he took my spot and i ended up with the laptop.

thursday: last day at work for the term! was a very busy day at work for me as i have to do up the booklets and posters the children made during the day. went to citylink after school to pick up my altered dress. tried a few new pieces and i got myself 2 more dresses... can't resist the temptation... i really like it... ones in alteration to shorten the strap... i would need strond resistence when i return to the shop to pick up the dress! now i got many choice for ser's wedding and sis's tea ceremony but nope none on the dresses are my choice for my sis's wedding dinner... head back to tpy to eat with gx. went for meeting and for the first time ever i sat right infront of a talk. facing and being so near the speakers... i slept once i was home... exhausted and hibernation begins!
