little outing did me good

very busy when i got back to work after mc. work piled up but was able to stable myself and started working hard at clearing and that prob took off my pain cos was really busy till lunch! not much appetitate ate very little at lunch. finally met up with tabby! she came to school to bid farewel to her kidos. didnt expect that she was able to go town for tea and i was so not dressed for town, not in the right mood and tot it was gog to be gelare at woodlands! i didn't want crowd. i worked hard thinking where to go for tea! we just got onto the train and i kept thinking... finally i tot of somewhere that i been to and i still want to go back bcos i haven try all the dessert!

i was back at Ricciotti and yes i was right that it was not crowded at late afternoon. perfect! we ordered a pizza to share. the same one that gx and i had. proscittio ham is to die for! Yums. glad tabby had little at lunch too! cos we could order more! I am glad she liked the place and the food. then we had mushroom soup with potato, leek? and the important topping - truffle oil. the soup was not as thick as i imagine it to be with the potatos. it was well blended and watery but flavourful. not only savoury but with a tinge of sour attacks the taste buds making it very appetising. we took photos but somehow my hp didnt save them... lucky the dessert pics were saved!



i crave for chocolate when i have cramps. natural aid in easing my pain. when i saw the menu i knew i wanted it. its called TORINO. the thick warmed chocolate filled half the cup. then we had to pour the frothy warmed milk into the cup and swirl it... it was really fantastic. its chocolaty with hazelnut aroma and taste. loved it! tabby decided on a cake called diplomatic?? didnt take the name down -tabby please help!

Tabby's cake is very soft with hazelnut cream and for this cake - step 1 : you must cut from the top to the bottom and into your mouth! Viola! hazelnut cream was good! mines Rico. its italian rice flour cake with white chocolate and chocolate topped with nice chocolate parcel- the best part of my cake.

would love to come back again cos i haven try my lemony cake...

i came up with a new term - Tinner. cos when gx called me at 6+ to ask if i needed dinner i told him i had tea and was too full to have dinner. thus i had Tinner! sounds stupid? - WHATEVER! and i bet my dear fren dap would reply - _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _! i enjoy talking - in fact love and miss chatting with tabby and i was feeling better. we had so much to catch up!

with all the food, we needed a walk. but we walked to find more food! brought tabby to Provence and we got ourselves breakfast. for a change i bot this chocolate crossiant. not too bad! not too chocolaty with bits of chocochips. but of cos not leaving without wassants just 4 instead of the usual big packet of 10. went to the jap mart and managed to find the last 2 packets of hello kitty star rice cracker for nesa's bdae goody bag!

received another gift from student M. love the pokka dots baggy. the photoframe is really heavy! but love it! just that theres no room for it in my room... tommorrow's last day of school for the kidos. Love and hate it. i am going to miss them but i can't wait for the vacation to start - 4 more days to NO WORK! hate separations...
