sad news and happy news holiday!

monday : ann's bdae. i arranged to meet her at novena and i went to get nesa and met her at tcc. we ordered snacks and i arranged for a candle on the cake we ordered. she was happy that we celebrated for her. met my mum who was at TTS, results fr mir scan was not very good... her condition mit get worse (hope not), need to be on medication and go for physio. then met uncle john for lunch together. ann's bdae lunch. when she went ladies with nesa uncle told us ann's uncle passed away and her mum was with her sis at TTS now... thats why he rushed down... heart attack... as it was her bdae they will tell her the next day. i have met that uncle before when i was younger at ann's bdae parties. i hope her nice aunt will be strong...

evening went to eat crab at lorong 8, its branch of amk crab. its less crowded here. but somehow i tot the amk was better. 2 weeks before ate 3lao horfun, sliced fish horfun, that was nice. after that went to get a mango cake fr crystal jade for pa's fathers' day. in bewteen the slices of sponge and cream was a layer of thin choc biscuit. Nice! it was good. simple and nice. poor sil it was her 1st day at work bet she was very tired! can't imagine my 1st day back at work... lucky no kidos yet cos its for us to prepare new school year stuff 1st then "horror" haha start a week later...

tuesday: met aunt k and ann at bj8... ann still dun know cos her parents dun wan her to be affected for her important performance with her string teacher on wednesday. we ate ding tai fong and chatted and then went to see shoes and i managed to get ann to get a gold pair or sandles! pretty. then we went to get tea break and off to aunt k house to teach her how to organise the photo folder. i went home to shower it was so hot and then rushed off for tuition. Lucky the gal passed! i was happy but didnt show her cos she one kind will become over-confident. glad she passed. then met GX wanted to go watch shrek at bj8, wanted to get tics earlier on then he say better not then in the end sold out! fed up. no choice went bac to tpy get car to go KCB see mum. half way he sugggested to o serangoon to try beef noodles, checking out the competition. managed to pick mum and went down together. GX was glad theirs lost out! i was happy for him. hopefully it will work out for him... he's working very hard to master it. then as for my dinner cos i dun eat beef... i dabao home to eat with sis and bro, yucky prawn mee but really nice satay and chicken wings. watched our 2nd last episode and rushed off to pick his parents...

wednesday: got up and started surfing for more taiwan info, cos tonite discussion. prior i was looking for places of interest but i got no idea where they are so i concentrated on food instead finding cafes that are special cos i like to learn more incase i do have the the capacity to open my own next time. .. hopefully! then gx came home with agnes and mic cos he left car at whampoa as soh and helen will come over to discuss trip iternery in the nite! and haha catch last episode today! as for mic, we accompanied him to go see car and test car in the end the one he wanted to see was not available and we went to test mpv instead! then i was so dam hungry cos i only ate cornchips in the morning... head to abc market to grab a bite. special thanks to agnes and mic who wrote out their iternery ... that got us started! then mr and mrs soh came over and we got things gog on! but not finished bcos we watched the last episode... got MIL to get satay ... so greedy but nice...

as for the trip i know everyone is shocked that we are gog to travel again.. and so fast right after penang, but gx next yr gog on a new career changed ... its gog to be tough if he really get started and there will be no time and money to travel then for dun know how long... moreover travelling with frens... i know he treasure the family trip and is looking forward to hit taiwan with frens. hopefully everything will work out well for him next year and still can travel! i wana go spain, greece, turkey, eygpt, milan, eastern europe, shanghai, states, japan, korea, so many more.... wat number should i buy for toto tomolo???
