family's first ever halloween party!

i have been on 3 days mc... flu. very blocked nose, on off fever... sick. for 3 days, wake up to close the doors for gx, then sleepless, then i just read up some info after a cup of milk till i sleep, wake up for breakfast, laze around and back to nap. wake up in the afternoon, lunch. watch some tv to make myself sleep, usually ended up sleeping for 3hrs on the sofa... wake up to eat the dinner gx bot... then again i am back to the room to have my sleep... hardly have any concentration power to blog... slept alot on friday cos i had to go to aunt's place for our family's first halloween party...

upon arrival... the decor leads from the car porch into the house... greeted by the huge pumpkin on the table when you stepped into the house. also i was amazed with my aunt's effort to decorate the house into a Halloween party place!

L didnt like his count dracula's costume but i tot he looked really good... my favourite piece of decor has to the huge spider on the big web! think that added alot of mood to the place!

as you can see, L changed into his 2nd costume. the variety of food was all arranged by aunt o. some ordered in and some she cooked! the spread was amazing! the table was filled!

some dishes was very halloween themed. aunt o cooked black spag with mushroom. this was tasty. but i loved the rice even more! simply stir-frying different olives with rice. i skipped the salmon thou... not that its not nice... jus not in the mood to eat fish, could be bcos i was still sick and the smell of salmon SCARES me... tomatoes with mozzerella cheese...somehow i forgot to try this... prob cos its at the other end of the table from where i was sitting.

aunt o boiled a whole big pot of pumpkin soup! leafy salad is never on my plate but necessary for the veggie lovers in the house. only when the salad is potato based then u see me eating it. aunt o arranged gerald to pick up the punggol nasi lemak chicken wings and uncle k helped to pick up the aspargus wrapped in smoked salmon from da paolo.

very sad... i couldn't eat this beautifully marinated lambchops! when the fruit is forbidden... its always seems to irresistable... hate it! it smelt so good... told its not good for me... very heaty... i managed to nibble little pieces of meat off the bones... it tasted so good. aunt o is very good at marinating lamb!

aunt o bought pretty halloween plates but my favourite is THE EYE! i love the shot i took with ann! i had my very own seat cos the cushions on that bench matched me, thus i had my very own throne! Queen Zebra! and yes gx tried to pretend to King zebra...

gx was just in his FRAGILE tee but his prop is the clawed hand! it had to be "buttoned" on so he find it very troublesome to take it out when he had to eat ice-cream... so ever wonder how wolverine eat ice-cream...???

aunt o is very detailed in planning this party! she got pretty halloween plastic cups to serve moverpick ice-creams! the kiddos got cute pumpkin watertubbler...ever wonder how wolverine do baby5s with kidos...??? L changed into his 3rd costume and went straight to look for gx for a battle.

group fotos after the dinner! the spider was a favourite spot and most family fotos were taken here! too bad theres many fotos that i cannot post up here... my aunt o was actually very halloween dressed up! she was a beautiful medusa! of cos uncle m dressed up too. he was pharoah! best dressed up couple! 2nd best dressed couple has to go to aunt a and uncle j! they were pirates!


best dressed boy cousin is of cos L but followed by B cos he was most dressed among the big boys cos he had prob from head to toe. then after the phototaking, the kidos went around to have their "trick or treats" sessions.

for those who didnt give the kidos their treats, they would scream boo! the best booed reaction would be W! the best reaction when receiving treats would have to go to N1! she was so tickled when gx gave her the little ghost chocolate! the most unusual treat would be this da paolo ghost! the best packaged treats would be A's! she was so detailed in stuffing her treats into little pumpkins for the kidos!

my treat was a little witchy witch chocolate... i was given treats too! aunt a gave gx and i a pair of ghost chocolates from marks and spenser. i like aunt k's treats of pirate and parrot. very colourful!

i was so tired... very tired after the party ended... i was drained! sat slept very late... but had to roll out of bed to go for sis's wedding food tasting... i was a little zoombie when i was at the lunch... went on to ted with mum to tailor make her gown. skipped dinner cos i was really too full from lunch... still feel sick... sick... SICK! so tired i fell asleep on mum's couch... i was asked to go home early since the whole family with the help of the boys are busy moving furnitures around the hous. will update on new look for mum's house, sil's presents from florence and sunday's bidding goodbye to twins soon. right now i am feeling sick cos i just threw up my dinner... gog to bed soon... i hope the flu bug will leave me alone... please...
