yes he's old but i got kissed by my idol!

i was going to continue to blog after the 9th anniversary entry but was interuppted with conversation with wallace thus only title cos we chatted till 1am! was so tired the next day! back to the concert.
like the logo. was very excited!

excited. one of my favourite singer when i was young. he has got unique voice, nice cantonese songs. he appeared on stage behind the drum set and gosh he looked aged! i was so worried if he could pull thru the fast song. he sang the known and unknown new songs. he still have the power to sing through all the songs. amazing!
he just kept singing! many memories!

then he came out in elvis costume! shock... he was wearing hat before this change and then elvis wig? of cos he sang elvis' songs. then the surprise... he explained that he was gog to sing another elvis' POCKETFUL OF RAINBOW. when he sing this song he's gog to pass out a colourful rainbow scarf... then whoever got it would get a peck...

i was shock that he was coming off stage...unexpected! but i dun know if he would pass the 2nd block of seats! he walked and sang. didnt know if he was gog to come by i walked to the aisle bewteen the 1st and 2nd block of seats. i was really excited and hoping to see him near! gx was sweet, he didnt stop me, in fact he came along with me! when he was almost approaching, the security people started coming near to block us.. thus gx cannot take his shot... also at the same time, gx told me to move to the centre to see sam, instead of pulling me back! i listen to him, step out and i waved to SAM! he was at a distance but i see him! he looked like a nice young grandpa... but still the friendly sam. then very fast the security came so fast. they dun even bother whos behind and keep waving people away... I just stood on and i almost got pushed off... then sam stepped forward to put the scarf on me!!! he moved right infront of me and gave e a peck on my cheek! i said thank to to him! he's no longer young but still he is a star, someone i really admire. gx was happy for me and i seriuosly never tot this would happen...

sam went for a change after singing a duet with his brother! his 2nd brother, ricky hui took over the stage! he too look very old... but he made the crowd laughed non-stopped from the time he was on stage! he sang 2 songs and i love his "natural" humour! he's really good! how i wish he do stand up comedy! i would go watch!


when he was back, he sang many songs i loved... like ah lang song. then his older son who is quite handsome and wallace told me that he's a professional skateboarder. much earlier his younger son did go on stage too. he sang with sam the song sam duet with leslie... sam dedicated the song to leslie... cos 3 more days would be leslie 5th d.anniversary... when i heard the song i felt really sad, cos i liked leslie so much more than any other stars when i was young....

i cried when he sang certain songs cos memories of days with my grandma surfaced. it was very emotional for me to hear sam sing it live and i missed my grandma so much! i grew up with all sorts of music that my uncles and aunts listened to. english pop, english oldies, richard claydeman, classical pieces and of cos CANTOPOP! i was waiting and when i finally heard him sing personal favourite.... i was glad to have the chance to hear him sing it live...

we had to take a group shot! we stopped the only guy who walked pass us and so many of us asked him for the favour and so he stopped. our first family concert!

we were the last to leave the place! when we got out and arranging car arrangement, i went to show mum my scarf and she was shock to see me with it! i then gave her the scarf and put it on her and she was so tickled! she quickly returned the scarf to me cos she didnt want people to think she ran up to sam!
