candy making ii

Tuesday : gals came over to have lunch with me. I cooked the hokkaido ramen i bought from the jap fair at isetan. it was miso flavoured. it was not bad. love the jap seaweed i got from the fair!

They liked the noodles alot. added japanese fish cake, mushroom meatball and cheese tofu. both never tried cheese tofu and found it interesting and nice. after the noodles we tried our hands at making candies using the "rose" mould.

these rose white chocolate turned out better than our 1st batch of smiley candies. loved the colours and this time we put almonds in them. still a little sweet. we are gog to experiment with dark chocolate next. love these roses cos very pretty.
