wednesdays with dap! (part ii)

Its Wednesdays with Dap. 16th July, Our 2nd wednesday meetup.

we walked all the way to eat this nasi briyani opposite Fortune centre? or opposite Sunshine Plaza. at first looking at rice, i tot it looks dry but when i had my first taste, it was fragrant. not bad and with the Fried chicken and sambal chilli sauce, superb combination. the drink is very refreshing and i intend to make this for whatever upcoming home parties!

after our lunch, we walked to Guanyin Temple and i went in to pray. i was amazed with what the flower lady (who sold me the Chrysanthemum) said to me... was so weird when she commented about my hair... way before i got to her stall, i was telling dap about my hair... we went on to the "dried goods" stalls to look for my apricots! bought 2 packets of preserved apricots which was not dry and alit moist. also i bot dap's recommendation - red dates and something else which is red too but smaller... boil them to make tea.

went to Monster Ice to have our mango ice... to cool us down from the scorching weather! today we played with our instant mini camera! the photos we took with the lomo fishlens camera will be developed today! will have to wait for dap to send them to me!

suppose to go cuppage to find my chocolate cake but unexpected... the place is closed for renovation works... with my leg badly hurting from wearing my heels... we went for teabreak at M&S revive cafe. while i ordered the cold chocolate, dap ordered the hot chocolate drink. we shared a big double choc cookie. the drinks were alittle bland for our liking but the cookie saved the day cos it was sweet and the drinks matched well.

it was fun taking "big head" pics with the bulky machine cos we were always excited to see what kitty design we mit get! comes in 12 different designs!

after the chocolate break we walked all the way to orchard station... dap was gog to develop her photos and i look forward to see them! we had to cut short today's meeting cos i need to head back to tpy hub to do demo for gx's 2 frens. we planned next week's activities and i am looking forward! i felt so lucky pats came to help me out. she's very experience and has all the knowledge for skincare... felt lucky she was around to help me today and i feel very appreciative cos thou i know she is very busy... she came.

this is the tee i got last week! some may say ah ma but i love the old school look of it... the flowers are embossed velvet material. i love the tee!
