i have been sick and i am still sick... under lots of medication for a very bad nose, a bad flu, many bad days. thus i never load fotos from the camera. thou i have blogged about this dim sum paradise oredi, i tot since i took the pics, must as well show my new love. suddenly forgot the name but its the only dim sum store at sunshine plaza. this is where i get my favourite black sauce wanton mee too (another stall)!

as i mentioned the Q esp on weekend is very long. all i can remember about this owner from an article i read is that he is from hk. chef? the one thing i love best here is the yutiao cheong fun. its nice when its warm. the chaxiu cheong fun is nice too. their specialty carrot cake is served in a small deep dish. it especial cos they put dried scallop in it was it xo sauce? i dun remember cos i find this dish ok only.

this was my 3rd time here. first time with gx. 2nd time with dap and this time with my in-laws, i discovered a new bao that i like very much. thanks to sis-in-law, she ate this custard bun in hk and wanted to try it here. i fell in love with it on my first bite. this should be eaten warm! the custard is warm and best part is there is salted egg yolk in the middle of the bun! love it. would go back for more next time!

dun expect to be given a very big table! for a table for 2 and a table for 5, the table was the same size! thus we had to eat fast and furious! and stack the dimsum bamboo trays on the chair to make space for the rest of the dimsum we ordered!

here i feel the siewmai is better than the harkow. the porridge not bad. the chaxiu bao filling is nice. i want to have the custard bao soon!
