Our 3rd lunar wedding anniversary!

its lantern festival, mooncake festival, its our 3rd lunar wedding anniversary! gx was so sweet, he came to fetch me from baking class and we decided to eat at colbar. at about 3pm, its not as crowded. come about 12-2pm, here is fully packed! while gx paid for the food, i took a sneak shot of the old school weighing machine! used to jump on these machines when i was very young!

this time, we got to sit outdoors, an area next to where we order our food. gx had the chicken chop, i ordered a pork cutlet with mushroom. both are simple dishes but they were nice. gx was then very nice to drive me to ikea. got more containers, small steel pot, a double-boiler which i am gog to use to melt chocolate and candy melts. then we went anchor point to shop, we managed to each get a top. bot my whipping cream and head home.

after i did the mousseline for the puffs, i prepared a pot of tea for out little mooncake celebration. i surprised gx who was playing his computer games with a pitch dark living room, lit with just 3 candles. gave him the mickey and minnie mouse ice-cream mooncakes as gift.

then we wrapped up the day with the elaires and cream puffs i made! now i am looking forward to our 3rd wedding anniversary this thursday!
